Hi! My name is Melissa Benzel. I grew up in Peru and moved to the US when I was young. I consider both my “home” and love the cultural diversity I have been able to experience. I speak fluent Spanish. Hablo Español con fluidez. I’m a single mom to four wonderful (most of the time) teens. I love red wine (did you read that I have four kids?) and coffee! I am lucky enough to know what love really means. I promise you real moments, real feelings, real emotions of the real memories you want preserved, forever, in beautiful art.
I want to document your most important life events. More than technically correct photography, I strive to document emotions. I want you to look back at the images from your session and feel what you felt the exact moment in the time that image was taken. I am a lover of real, candid moments with a few posed shots in every session. I want to tell your story through my art.
